Background
Zen's first intent
in sending this NOTICE by EML,
was to make Police, CPS and Barrister,
fully aware
that Zen is aware
of serious criminal offences by Police,
in conspiracy
with ALAN HARRIS and ALAN HARRIS SOLICITORS ( a firm ),
which Zen alleges
are being covered up
by a conspiracy
between Police and the CPS,
which demands
that Zen remain SILENCED,
and smeared by a rigged court criminal conviction,
to protect DEVON & CORNWALL POLICE
from honest accountability and liability.

Zen's second intent
is to draw attention to
the mass of evidence available to the Court
derived from Zen's exposure of ALAN HARRIS
in 2000 or 2001,
which exploded into full public view
between 2012 and today,
openly challenging,
during some 5 months on the streets with signs,
ALAN HARRIS,
ALAN HARRIS SOLICITORS,
and
DEVON & CORNWALL POLICE
to take legal action
if the challenge be untrue.

When Zen was run through the 2013 rigged court,
it demonstrated
there was no oficial Seal of Approval
to the concept advanced by Zen,
of ALAN HARRIS
being a Serial Rapist,
whereas now,
with ALAN HARRIS facing 21 charges,
it is as plain as a pikestaff
that a prima facie case exists,
which means
Zen was 100 percent right,
and has been since circa 2000,
but was delayed, obstructed, smeared and criminalised
by the actions
of DEVON & CORNWALL POLICE et al,
refusing
to take responsibility
for the rape of boys in Plymouth
on an industrial scale,
trafficked to ALAN HARRIS
by
DEVON & CORNWALL POLICE,
even after the alleged arrest of ALAN HARRIS
in Derrys Cross Car Park Public Loo
with a 15 year old boy
( circa 1975 ).

It beggars belief
that such things are possible,
but the more we lift the lid off the system,
the more the stench of corruption
assaults our nostrils,
for only the Vile and the Odious
would conceal the rape of boys,
yet
NOT ONE POLICEMAN
has yet proven worth his salt,
nor any councillor or MP,
nor any journalist,
although many contacted,
for Fear of Authority
runs through these fine professionals
like the words
