Zen has stated that Caradon District Council -
now Cornwall Council -
having a valid 16 to zero approval vote
for Zen's 7 acre garden centre
at Southill Road, Callington,
reversed the decision by deceit,
committing several criminal offences.

that Devon & Cornwall Police
conspired with Caradon District Council
to prevent Zen proving serious allegations

that Devon & Cornwall Police
uttered a false document,

a Police Report to the CPS,
by Detective Inspector COLIN DRAPER,
which failed to mention
every single point of danger to the council,
and presented Zen as a nutcase,
preventing a prosecution

Dstrict Councillor TONY KNOTT, and

in a failed attempt at intimidation,

when Zen had just counter-claimed

paid the sum claimed by Zen,
rather than try the FIVE very serious charges
that Zen was making

The Council Solicitor, Michael Tolley,
faced with a sign reading -
MICHAEL TOLLEY - LIAR & PERJURER -
instead of using his own weapon, the law,
chose instead to assault Zen TWICE
with aerosol paint,
in the course of 4 incidents in 12 minutes

Zen laid information before Magistrates
himself,
was given a summons for Micheal Tolley,
and prosecuted Tolley,
who was CONVICTED
under the Public Order Act

that not many lay persons
convict a lawyer at his own game,

that Tolley was a LIAR & PERJURER -
and breaking him,
for what he was ineptly covering up on paper,
he now tried to coverup with paint -

that Devon & Cornwall Police
secretly blackmailed Zen's father,
using him as a weapon to apply pressure,
leading to a Crown Court Trial,
where the prosecuting barrister,
Andrew Chubb QC,
"burnt" Zen
to obtain a wrongful conviction,
destroying
everything that Zen had and was,
including his relationship with family,
and business

to include in the prosecution evidence file
a document written by Zen

that Andrew Chubb QC

when he chose to "burn" Zen,

to set a trap -
using Zen's father as bait,
at a time when his blackmail was unknown to Zen
