Zen says

For 36 years,
Zen has stated that Caradon District Council -
now Cornwall Council -
having a valid 16 to zero approval vote
for Zen's 7 acre garden centre
at Southill Road, Callington,
reversed the decision by deceit,
committing several criminal offences.

Zen has stated
that Devon & Cornwall Police
conspired with Caradon District Council
to prevent Zen proving serious allegations

Zen has stated
that Devon & Cornwall Police
uttered a false document,
namely
a Police Report to the CPS,
by Detective Inspector COLIN DRAPER,
which failed to mention
every single point of danger to the council,
and presented Zen as a nutcase,
preventing a prosecution

Zen was publicly supported by
Callington Portreeve JEREMY GIST,
Dstrict Councillor TONY KNOTT, and
Cornwall County Councillor ROGER SCREECH -
councillors almost never take a public stance
on serious allegations involving councils,
so this was EXCEPTIONALLY UNUSUAL

that once Devon & Cornwall Police,
acting in defence of Caradon District Council,
had destroyed Zen as a threat,
through criminalisation and bankruptcy,

put a BULLDOZER
through the CALSTOCK home
of District Councillor TONY KNOTT,
who died young,
arguably as a result

against Caradon District Council
in support of Zen's serious allegations,
spotlighting certain actions
taken by ALAN HARTRIDGE,
Chief Planning Officer at CDC,
in relation to the disappearance
of the unaminous Planning Committee vote
to approve the garden centre
on 03 OCT 1988

Zen has stated
that the bulldozer through Knott's house
was naked revenge by ALAN HARTRIDGE,
designed to silence questions through Fear -
and it worked

how Caradon District Council,
and Devon & Cornwall Police,
got Caradon off the hook

Zen has been smeared and destroyed

read his affidavit,

read Cornwall CC Roger Screech's letter
to Caradon Chief Executive,
expressing anger at blatant council lies,
when the council pretended
to be offering an olive branch to Zen -
in the hope of his submission to authority -
and invited SEVEN ARMED POLICE
to the meeting at council offices,
in a failed attempt at intimidation,
at a time
when Zen had just counter-claimed
against an unwise council injunction
against him,
which was in and running

paid the sum claimed by Zen,
rather than try the FIVE very serious charges
that Zen was making

The Council Solicitor, Michael Tolley,
faced with a sign reading -
MICHAEL TOLLEY - LIAR & PERJURER -
instead of using his own weapon, the law,
chose instead to assault Zen TWICE
with aerosol paint,
in the course of 4 incidents in 12 minutes

Zen laid information before Magistrates
himself,
was given a summons for Micheal Tolley,
and prosecuted Tolley,
who was CONVICTED
under the Public Order Act

Zen believes it to be true
that not many lay persons
convict a lawyer at his own game,
and he did it
simply by stating The Truth -
that Tolley was a LIAR & PERJURER -
and breaking him,
for what he was ineptly covering up on paper,
he now tried to coverup with paint -

It was for this reason
that Devon & Cornwall Police
secretly blackmailed Zen's father,
using him as a weapon to apply pressure,
leading to a Crown Court Trial,
where the prosecuting barrister,
Andrew Chubb QC,
"burnt" Zen
to obtain a wrongful conviction,
destroying
everything that Zen had and was,
including his relationship with family,
and business

Police thought
it good evidence of Zen's criminality
to include in the prosecution evidence file
a document written by Zen
explaining the Law of KARMA

We can only say for certain
that Andrew Chubb QC
had those words in his posession,
when he chose to "burn" Zen,
because as Zen was defending himself,
it was child's play for a skilled barrister
to set a trap -
using Zen's father as bait,
at a time when his blackmail was unknown to Zen

by now Judge Andrew Chubb QC,
Chubb's energy returned to source -
what you put out, comes back -
and Chubb covered himself in petrol,
and struck a match -

and hung lawyers who misbehaved -
