Nothing to be said on this blog
is intended to affect the 2024 prosecution of ALAN HARRIS
for sex crimes against clients and others,
going back decades,
and which were exposed by Zen first in 2000,
and from 2012 - 2024

This blog will explain the lead-up to prosecution,
focusing on the criminal conspiracy in 2013
between ALAN HARRIS SOLICITORS ( a firm of partners ),
and Devon & Cornwall Police,
designed to suppress Truth about vile and odious crimes -
committed by ALAN HARRIS,
by the partners of ALAN HARRIS,
and by Devon & Cornwall Police,
in trafficking vulnerable people
to a known pervert,
AFTER his arrest in a public loo
with a 15 year old boy.

The object of this conspiracy
was to artfully "create" a criminal charge
designed to neutralise Zen as a threat
to both AHS & D&CP.

A Public Order Act charge was laid,
almost certainly with input from AHS criminal defence lawyers,
in such a way
as to minimise ALAN HARRIS's exposure,
and maximally diminish Zen's potential defence.

Two legal secretaries
completely under the control of AHS
were advanced like pawns
as complainants under the Public Order Act

Legal secretaries
in a busy criminal defence practice
meet thugs and murderers often,
and are not easily intimidated.

Zen always defends himself,
so someone, somewhere got the bright idea
"As the actresses have such a weak, false story,
why not claim our secretaries
are so TERRIFIED of Zen,
they must not be cross-examined by Zen in Court."

On Zen's arrival at Plymouth Magistrates Court
on 22 JAN 2013,
Zen's defence was seized,
including all of Zen's documents.

A short plain, dumpy woman -
Plymouth Magistrates refuses to identify her -
was allegedly Zen's defence,
but this noble creature created by English law
was far too busy
to exchange even one word with Zen.

Within Zen's documents,
there was a letter from a Man,
saying he was ready to give evidence,
if from behind a screen.

He added that if a screen were allowed,
other men would come forward.

This letter -
powerful evidence that Zen's allegations were true,
was ignored.
Obviously an "accident".

Miss Dumpy clearly had business elsewhere,
as her cross-examination of The Two Good Ladies
took about 20 seconds.

Maybe all THREE Good Ladies
had to be at an urgent appointment elsewhere,
maybe travelling together,
explaining why only One Good Lady was questioned,
and nothing whatsoever tested in the prosecution case ?

Court-rigging in Banana Republics
is referred to as evidence of a very corrupt country,
and as we are all so often informed
by that font of wisdom, the BBC,
England's justice is the finest there is.

Therefore, while it looks EXACTLY like court-rigging
to a mere subject of HM King Charles III,
no doubt someone far better educated than Zen,
can correct this error in Zen's thinking,
as even to think it
is TERRORISM
within The New Reality of Global Marxism
that England sleepwalked into from 2020 onwards.

With the prosecution's case unchallenged,
and therefore ALL defence wrecked,
District Judge DAVID HUW PARSONS
was exceptionally kind enough
to return the task of "defence"
to Zen -
an action unparalelled in the History of Mankind -
an act of such generosity
in a Communist age,
it must surely be remarked upon.

Maybe a bronze statue in Armada Way,
with the immortal words:-
"In this city
spoke Judge David Huw Parsons -
as noble an English judge
as it is possible to imagine,
he graced this city
with his august presence

Zen won his first self-defended trial -
against Devon & Cornwall Police, of course,
because even then there were bent police -
before ex-DPP Sir Norman Skelhorn -
a judge
that Zen believes
David Huw Parsons
is not fit to lick the shoes of,
as Sir Norman was a English Gentleman
towards a 19 year old boy,
in a two day Crown Court trial at Exeter,
where Zen made a winding-up speech of 45 minutes,
with the jury almost clapping.

And - it must be admitted -
a GOOD detective
came up to Zen afterwards,
shook Zen's hand,
and said "Well done!"

"Bad" police notheless covered up the crime
committed by a probationary detective.
Normal at Devon & Cornwall Police,
though why I am a magnet for police crimes,
I can only guess!
Karma, of course!

Precisely because
Zen is such a fossil from a bygone age,
and because some of his ancestors
laid down English law,
lopping off the heads of bent judges now and then,
while others helped make law in Parliament,
while others again rebelled against tyranny,
Zen had the absolute temerity
to many years ago
find Rex v. Sussex Justices ( 1924 ).

feels he must bow his head in revisionist shame,
as what appeared to him 30 years ago
to be crystal clear words
in a judgement by Lord Chief Justice Hewart,
must have been misunderstood by Zen,
a man
declared By Authority on numerous occasions
to be "mentally suspect",
in the usual police smear tactics.

The People of Devon and Cornwall
must be so proud!

that English law is The Bee's Knees,
and allegedly R. V Sussex Justices
is FOUNDATIONAL to English law?

Nothing is to be done
which creates even a suspicion
that there has been an improper interference
with the course of justice!

R v Sussex Justices, ex parte McCarthy ([1924]
1 KB 256, [1923] All ER Rep 233)
is a leading English case
on the impartiality and recusal of judges.
It is famous
for its precedence in establishing the principle
that the mere appearance of bias
is sufficient to overturn a judicial decision.

How tragic that poor Zen,
having absorbed incorrectly
the seemingly crystal clear words of LCJ Hewart,
was by now
under the utterly ludicrous delusion
that District Judge David Huw Parson's court
was a BENT court.
Rigged, in other words.

And can appear in court for perjury,
and perverting the course of justice?

In spite of a very long career in the Parachute Regiment,
in which he reached Regimental Sergeant-Major,
not one image
can be found of good old Glenn

Deductive intelligence being a delusion of Zen's,
and as parachute and special forces are intertwined,
the most senior non-commissioned rank in a parachute battalion
is very probably ex-special forces, i.e. ex-SAS, SBS, SRR.

Guardian of Public Morality and Law in Plymouth -
use a non-detective,
with a probable special forces background,
and minimal police experience -
and none involving sex crimes -
to personally co-ordinate all police response
to signs carried by Zen?

Signs that highlighted very serious criminal offences
over several decades,
and openly and publicly challenged ALAN HARRIS
to sue Zen
by asking one very simple question?

it was clear to Zen
that ALAN HARRIS
was the tip of a VERY dirty iceberg,
that involved other lawyers and police.

"lost" the signs he had seized,
and had Superhuman Vision ( allegedly ),
although District Judge David Huw Parsons
made absolutely certain
that PC Eggleton was NOT going to be properly cross-examined,
even in the slightest,
threatening Zen with jail
for contempt of court.

returning bad energy back to source,
as barrister Andrew Chubb QC ( the burner ),
later Judge Andrew Chubb QC ( the burnt ),
found out,
and as ALAN HARRIS is finding out.
And why this same energy
has been returning to ALAN HARRIS SOLICITORS,
and Devon & Cornwall Police.
This the THIRD time
that Devon & Cornwall Police
have conspired to pervert the course of "justice"
in relation to Zen.
